Lafayette Urgent Care
Kelly K. Becnel, PA-C
Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Kelly Becnel is a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedic care at the Orthopedic Urgent Care clinic in Lafayette. She has been part of the LOS team since 2015.
Kelly earned her degree in Anthropology from Louisiana State University before continuing her education at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where she obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She spent five years in Dallas, gaining valuable experience working in neurosurgery. Eventually, Kelly decided to return to her hometown of Lafayette to transition into a career in orthopedics, where she could apply her skills in a new and fulfilling way.
When she’s not helping her orthopedic patients in Acadiana, Kelly enjoys spending time with her spouse, three children, and two dogs. She shares, “I dream of one day picking up a hobby like crocheting or pottery—but for now, laundry keeps me busy!”
Jamie G. Gauthier, FNP-C
Jamie Gauthier, FNP-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional originally from Thibodaux, Louisiana, now residing in Lafayette, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University and spent several years as a registered nurse in the emergency department. Jamie then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University, becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
When Jamie is not tending to her patients, she enjoys spending time with her significant other and their beloved pets—two cats and a dog, Max, Fred, and Mazi. A passionate reader, she can often be found with a book in hand. Jamie is deeply committed to her profession and looks forward to continuing her growth as a practitioner for years to come.

Kira Ridgley, PA-C
Kira is a native of the West U.S., where she was born and raised. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Colorado State University before pursuing a Master’s in Athletic Training at Indiana University. Kira then spent two years at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, gaining invaluable experience, before returning to school to become a Physician Assistant.
After completing her studies at the Medical College of Ohio, she relocated to Louisiana to begin her career in orthopedics. Initially joining LOS to work alongside Dr. Hebert, Kira now treats patients at the Orthopedic Urgent Care.
Outside of work, Kira enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in mission work. Kira specializes in orthopedic care at the Orthopedic Urgent Care clinic in Lafayette, Louisiana. She has been with LOS since 2018.
Scott Urgent Care
Kristin L. Boudreaux, DC, MSN, FNP-C, RNFA
Kristin Lucas Boudreaux, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2005. After running her own chiropractic practice, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing at Xavier University, finishing first in her class in 2015, followed by a Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2016 and surgical training as a Registered Nurse First Assistant in 2017.
While in Kentucky, Kristin worked alongside a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, managing orthopedic conditions and assisting in same-day hip and knee replacements. She joined Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists in 2023, bringing a unique blend of chiropractic and advanced practice experience to her patient-centered approach.
Originally from Indiana, Boudreaux now lives in Louisiana with her husband, Bryan, and their three children. A lifelong Ohio State Buckeyes fan, she enjoys music, museums, and visiting family in Indiana.
George D. Crouse, FNP-BC, MSN, RNFA, BS, RN
George Crouse was born and raised in Hammond, Louisiana. He obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing from Hinds Community College in Jackson, MS in 2004, and a BSN from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS in 2007. He pursued a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration in 2009 and a Post Graduate Masters Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011.
George is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in nursing, specializing in Orthopedics and orthopedic surgery. His passion and commitment to providing excellent patient care have shaped his expertise in treating conditions such as bursitis and tendonitis of the knees, shoulders, and hips, as well as spine and hand pain.
George currently resides in Broussard, LA and is proud to serve the residents of Scott and the greater Lafayette area. George specializes in orthopedic care at the Orthopedic Urgent Care clinic in Scott, Louisiana and has been with LOS since 2022.

Our urgent care services are available from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on Saturdays. Visit any of our locations to receive care for your orthopedic injury without an appointment. If necessary, patients will leave Orthopedic Urgent Care with an appointment scheduled for advanced imaging and additional care with a board-certified orthopedic expert specially trained in your problem area.
